Before we roll anything, we light the wall from a low angle so every dent, roller lap and patched spot from the last painter shows. Those get sanded and re-floated, because a fresh coat magnifies old texture instead of hiding it — a fact most homeowners discover after the job is done.

We spot-prime every repair so it does not flash a different sheen once dry, then roll two full coats maintaining a wet edge across the whole wall. On feature walls and deep colours we tint the primer toward the finish colour so the coverage is even instead of patchy.
